Hello, Eagle Families! I want to take this opportunity to introduce myself. I have been teaching in the Otterville R-VI School District since 2007. I obtained my Bachelor’s Degree from University of Central Missouri in Early Childhood and Elementary Education and my Master’s Degree in Administration and Educational Specialist Degree from William Woods University. I live in Otterville with my husband, David, and our two girls, Halle and Kaylee. In my spare time, I enjoy shopping, cooking, riding side by sides, watching the Chiefs, and spending time with family and friends. I am very excited about starting the school year.

I began my career at Otterville in 5th grade. I spent 6 years teaching 5th grade and then spent 10 years as the Title I coordinator, Preschool administrator and lead teacher. I'm currently teaching JH and HS FACS classes. It is my sincere desire to provide ample opportunities for the students to acquire the skills to become active lifelong learners. I can't wait to get this year started!
